Two months T-total.
Thats what I’m going to do, from yesterday.
This may not seem like much of a challenge, and if I weren’t socialising at all it would be easy. But the fact is that I’m very much a social drinker and it’s starting to concern me. So two months with no alcohol of any kind. There are at least two major house parties that’ll be happening in that time, these will really be the test. I hope I can do it, I don’t want to consider myself to be a social alcoholic (if there is such a thing).
After the two months is up, well perhaps I’ll have realised that there is no need for alcohol at all. Or perhaps I’ll just find it a lot easier to drink in moderation. I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.
On a different note I’ve been considering shaving my head. I need a haircut but they are so damn expensive. Also, although I’ve always said that I think a shaved head wouldn’t suit me, I can’t help but be curious to know if I’m right.
Photo’s will definately exist if I decide to go ahead with it (Dave’s ordered some clippers from ebay for himself so they’ll be easily accessible).

Well that certainly gives an idea…. doesn’t actually look to bad!
Do NOT shave your head!!! Just bite the bullet and go to a proper hair dressers, it night be expensive but a good aircut can make you feel more confident and therefore more desirable 😉 Either that or just become a hermit and let it grow like someone else I know ;p
Good idea on the T-totalness. I have always been of the belief that alcohol is of no use whatsoever if you are happy and relaxed with yourself and can have a good time regardless of being mashed. The only problem though is you suddenly realise when not drunk and around people that are drunk, it take very little to entertain them while quite the opposite for yourself. There is also the overbearing attitude of most other people, if your not drinking then your boring 😦
You do realise that we will all laugh at you if/when you get it done and it looks nothing like that. Just like we’ve all laughed at amusing hair (and ear) dyeing incidents (not mentioning any names). 😛
BTW Greig, that "hermit" shaved his head again weeks ago.

I think men with longer hair can be totally hot. However, the whole ‘Vin Deisel’ shaved head look can be hot too. So in sum – middle ground, not totally hot. Rob – you should either just shave your head, go all balls out hardcore and get a tattoo and maybe a piercing or two OR you should let it grow out to some crazy length, start sporting more of a beard, and take up some hippie traits.
